Recap: Mar 22 Fashion STEAM Teachers Workshop 1

On 22 March 2025, we held an exciting introductory session for our upcoming workshop, “STEAM for Creative Innovation: A Practice-Based Approach to Integrating Wearable Technology in Fashion Design.” Teachers from ten secondary schools across Hong Kong joined us for this inspiring event.

The session began with a warm welcome from Dr. Miu Wong, who introduced the workshop’s objectives: to develop a comprehensive curriculum based on the integration and fashion design for creative innovation. By blending creativity with technology, the program aims to transform traditional learning experiences into dynamic, hands-on opportunities.

We were honored to have Anne Toomy, a distinguished speaker from the Royal College of Art, as our special guest. Her expertise in fashion and technology provided valuable insights, setting the stage for an enriching two-day workshop ahead.
